Camps

We offer versatile activities for different age groups. Organizing a camp in Anjala is easy and possible all year round. The accommodation, meals and activities are all available in one place.

We have accommodation for 149 people in cozy apartments. Groups can use classrooms and sports hall during their stay as well as utilize a variety of equipment, such as bicycles and sports equipment.

We provide a safe yet inspiring experience by tailoring our activities based on individuals’ skills within the groups. For us, group dynamics, self-esteem, personal growth and social skills are of the utmost importance. We use methods of adventure education and experiental learning. Our activities can be tailored for different groups, also for participants with special needs.

Educational experiences from camp schools

Camp schools in Anjala are implemented on a full-service basis, including instruction, full board and accommodation. The programme is planned and executed from a goal-directed aspect. Each camp school is tailored for the group according to their wishes and needs. Camp schools can be organized all year round.

Our activities emphasize nature, history and adventure and they support Finnish curriculum and and children’s active learning. All activities are planned and instructed by experienced youth work professionals.

Day time visitors

Come and spend a memorable day with us! Our activities offer experiences for all age groups, also for participants with special needs. Lunch and other meals can also be included in your day.

You can also do many things by yourself. Free hammocks and a barbeque grill in the “Edible Garden” offer a good relaxation and a picnic spot. 20-hole frisbee golf course is spread around the park. Ankkapurha DiscGolfPark is in use all year round.

Nearby the Känkkäränmäki nature trail introduces beautiful nature landscapes by the river. The trail is 2 km long and has a fireplace and a lean-to along the trail. Makasiini Café offers bikes and frisbee golf equipment for rent.
